I have decided to make a note of what I eat everyday then at the end of the week I will share my food diary for the week, this is in attempt to make myself eat healthier to aid my weight loss. I try to eat at specific times in the day with breakfast, lunch and dinner, however with the shift work I do it can be very difficult to stick to this, so you may notice that my eating habits are a little bit strange. With shift work it is very tempting to snack on more unhealthy food that give me a quick sugar burst, but I am trying very hard to get out of this habit!
I have been trying to up my fruit and vegetable intake which is going well. Tuesday was my worst day with the Greggs pasty, chocolate and sausages... oh the calories! I only exercised three times in the week, so I need to try harder to get this up to four times!
